Profelper (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our app, we collect the following personal information:

• Basic Profile Data: Name, email, and photo URL from your Google account.
• OAuth & Business Data: After you authorize access through Google OAuth, we collect your access token, refresh token, Google ID, and your Google My Business account information, including:
  • Account and location IDs
  • Location details: name, phone, website, review link, review count, ratings, address, business description, map link, place ID, primary category, and title

No payment details are collected or stored by us. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Replying to reviews for your business
• Managing and storing your customers’ details (phone numbers and names)
• Maintaining your account and login session

We do not use your data for marketing or analytics, and we do not sell or share your information with any third party.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third-party services, except for payment processing. Razorpay handles all payment-related information. We also use Google OAuth to access your Google account for your business data.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We only store login details to keep you logged in during your session. We do not use third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services.

5. Data Retention

Your data remains active as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for more than six months, we remove your data from our system.

You can view your personal data at any time. However, you cannot modify or delete your profile data from Google, except for the customer details you manage within our app.

6. Security

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Our app is hosted on Firebase, which provides SSL encryption and robust security rules.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
