Bizzku (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application to manage your Google Business Profile, WhatsApp communications, and Google Contacts.
Note to Small Business Users: Bizzku acts as a "Tech Provider" for your business. While we provide the tools to message your customers and sync data, you (the Business Owner) are the Data Controller responsible for ensuring your customers have opted-in to receive communications.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our app, we collect the following personal and business information:
- Basic Profile Data: Name, email, and photo URL from your Google account.
- Google Business Data: Via Google OAuth, we access your Google My Business account information including Location IDs, reviews, ratings, and business description.
- Google People API (Contacts): If you choose to use our contact synchronization feature, we access your Google Contacts to allow you to save or update lead information directly from our dashboard.
- WhatsApp Business Data: If you use our WhatsApp integration, we collect:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and Phone Number ID.
- Message metadata (timestamps and status) required to confirm delivery.
- Customer phone numbers and names uploaded by you for sending automated messages.
2. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use Policy)
Bizzku's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Selling: We do not sell your Google Contact data to third parties.
- Specific Use: We only access Google Contacts to facilitate the "Save to Contact" feature initiated by you.
- Human Review: We do not allow humans to read your contact data unless specifically required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or if the data is aggregated and anonymized.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To facilitate the sending of Google Review links to your customers via the WhatsApp Business API.
- To allow you to **save customer contact information** directly to your Google Contacts list for better lead management.
- To provide AI-generated replies and SEO analysis for your Google reviews.
- To manage the Embedded Signup flow for your individual WhatsApp Business number.
- To maintain your account session and provide technical support.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide our service:
- Meta (Facebook): To facilitate WhatsApp messaging.
- Google: To manage reviews and sync contacts as requested by the user.
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
- Firebase: For secure data hosting and authentication.
5. WhatsApp Communication Policy
- Opt-in: You must ensure customers provided consent to be contacted.
- Opt-out: We provide automated "STOP" logic to cease further messages.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain your login session. We also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to improve our services.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data remains active as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for more than six months, we may remove your data. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
8. Security
Our app is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud). We do not store your Google or Meta passwords; access is managed via secure OAuth tokens.
