• Integration with third-party services such as Google APIs and Razorpay.

4. Payment Terms

• All subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• bizzku does not store your payment card or banking details.
• Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension.

5. User Conduct

• You must not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You must not misuse customer data or violate privacy laws.
• You must comply with Google’s policies when using review-related features.

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, branding, and design belong to bizzku.
• You retain ownership of your business data.
• You grant bizzku permission to use your data only to provide services.

7. AI-Generated Review Replies – Terms of Use

bizzku provides AI-generated review replies as an assistive feature only. These replies are automatically generated based on customer reviews, ratings, and business information provided by you.

7.1 User Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for all replies published on Google.
• You should review or edit AI-generated replies before publishing.
• bizzku is not responsible for how customers or Google interpret replies.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

• AI replies are designed to be SEO-friendly, but results are not guaranteed.
• bizzku does not promise improved rankings, leads, or sales.
• Google algorithms and visibility are outside our control.

7.3 Accuracy of Business Information

• Replies may include business name, phone number, website, or location.
• You are responsible for keeping all business information correct.
• bizzku is not liable for errors caused by incorrect user data.

7.4 Prohibited Use

• No fake, misleading, or manipulated reviews.
• No offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7.5 Third-Party Policies

• You must comply with Google Business Profile policies.
• bizzku is not responsible for Google penalties or removals.

7.6 Limitation of Liability (AI Replies)

AI replies are provided “as-is”. bizzku shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from their use, including business, reputation, or ranking losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

bizzku is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, platform changes, or user actions.

9. Termination

• Inactive accounts may be removed after extended inactivity.
• Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

10. Updates to Terms

bizzku may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
