bizzku (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this web application to help business owners
manage Google reviews, automated replies, and customer engagement via WhatsApp.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using bizzku, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Meta (WhatsApp) and Google Business Profile Third-Party policies.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- Management and response tools for Google Business Profile reviews.
- AI-powered automated review replies and SEO analysis.
- WhatsApp Business API integration for sending review requests and customer communication.
- Integration with third-party services such as Google APIs, Meta (WhatsApp), and Razorpay.
3. WhatsApp Business API Terms
bizzku acts as a Tech Provider to facilitate your use of the WhatsApp Business API. By using the WhatsApp integration, you agree to the following:
- User Responsibility: You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
- Mandatory Opt-in: You are solely responsible for obtaining legally valid consent (opt-in) from your customers before sending them messages via bizzku.
- Messaging Templates: All automated messages must use templates approved by Meta. bizzku is not responsible for templates rejected by Meta.
- Account Ownership: When using the Embedded Signup flow, you maintain ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), but grant bizzku the necessary permissions to manage messaging on your behalf.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strict Policy: No cancellations are allowed once a service or subscription is activated. Any amount once paid to bizzku is strictly non-refundable.
- All subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Failure to complete payments may result in immediate service suspension and disconnection of API integrations.
- By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the service and agree that no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
5. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated review replies are assistive. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before it is published to your Google Business Profile.
- bizzku is not liable for any misinformation or reputational damage resulting from AI-generated content.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Use
- You must not use the platform to send "spam," unsolicited messages, or prohibited content as defined by Meta and Google.
- You must not misuse customer data or violate regional privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Misuse of the API or platform may lead to immediate account termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
bizzku is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for business losses, profile suspensions by Google, or account bans by Meta (WhatsApp) resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Google and WhatsApp accounts in the dashboard.
- bizzku reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta/Google's third-party policies.
