Profelper (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this web application to allow business owners to manage their Google reviews and customer information. By using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Profelper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You must not allow others to access your account without authorization.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Services Provided
- Reply to reviews on your Google My Business (GMB) accounts.
- Manage and store customer details like phone numbers and names.
- All services are provided through the web app and integrated APIs (Google OAuth, GMB, Razorpay).
4. Payment Terms
- All payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay.
- We do not store or process payment details directly.
- Users must pay according to the pricing plans. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
5. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Do not share your account with others or misuse your access.
- Do not collect or misuse customer data outside of the purposes of this app.
6. Intellectual Property
- All app content, logos, and designs are the property of Profelper.
- Users retain ownership of their own data but grant Profelper the right to use it to provide services (e.g., replying to reviews).
7. Limitation of Liability
Profelper is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or errors resulting from the use of the app or third-party integrations (Google, Razorpay).
8. Termination
- Accounts inactive for more than six months may be removed.
- Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
